Billy has experience executing the ins and outs of paid media operations for public affair, political, and corporate campaigns. He joins Buying Time from the Biden-Harris campaign’s paid media team where he worked on the breadth of broadcast, cable, and digital ad creative and placement.
Born on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., Billy graduated from Georgetown University earning a bachelor’s degree in management and operations and information management with a minor in statistics.
